MOUNT ACONCAGUA, 6 962 m
with acclimatizacion in Mount Plomo - Chile

The Mount Aconcagua is 6,962 meters high and it rises impressively among the mountains of the Andes Mountain Range. The condors and the wind are the witnesses of its everlasting snow and of those who have challenged its altitudes.

This mountain, located in the province of Mendoza, Argentina very close to the Chile’s border, accommodates sports and commercial expeditions between November and March. Every year hundreds of mountaineers from all around the world climb its different routes in order to reach the summit.

The ascent we invite you to participate in will be carried out through its usual path (northwest side) which does not have great technical difficulties, but it demands a great physical effort, teamwork and logistics.

PAREDON has taken care of each and every important aspect in order to maximise success of such an expedition, from food and hydration, performing a daily check of our clients, as well as a good acclimatization program and an appropriate ascent strategy.

The Aconcagua, which means “Stone Sentinel” in Quechua, hides unbelievable legends and stories and holds a place as one of the most mysterious mountains of our planet.

Today we want to invite you to participate in this incredible challenge in the Andes Mountain Range along with PAREDON and be part of the history of the “Roof of America”.
